Armadillos are often symbols in myths and folktales of setting healthy boundaries. This being’s name is Paracosm which is a detailed imaginary world invented in childhood. When something feels toxic and I need to shift my boundaries of what I allow in, I like to imagine this creature aiding me in creating a forcefield, taking something that can seem heavy and intense, transforming it into something more playful.
